Why can't we make our own stuff? Why don't we?

The answer was MileStone.
Our solution is community.

We invented a way to turn local waste glass into beautiful, durable composite surfaces. We make MileStone right here in Nebraska. You always deal directly with us. This allows us to keep our price competitive even though it costs more to make stuff here. 100% of our glass comes from post-consumer sources in Lincoln. The glass, blended with a zero VOC binder, make a non-porous surface in a nearly endless range of colors. Our local glass comes in clear, brown, green, and blue, along with porcelain and mirror to make any custom combination. We process all of our own glass at our own facility. We can even turn last night's wine bottles or your broken, favorite vase into your new countertop.

Our goal is to manufacture, fabricate, and install our products within a 100 mile radius of our facility. If you are a little less local then don't worry, we will be adding additional communities soon.
